There is an air conditioner. All the furniture, bedding  etc is of excellent quality and new. The price includes all utilities, wireless internet and cable TV and laundry. The shower is on the second floor in main bathroom and use of kitchen and kitchen space is provided. You just basically move in with your clothes and laptop! There is an in ground 20 X 40 heated swimming pool for the summer months to cool off in. No smoking is allowed but there are plenty of covered porches if you need to puff. This setup is perfect for anyone who is working in the area on a contract basis.
