Middle aged empty nesters looking for a landowner in rural Ontario interested in sharecropping. My wife and I are well versed and trained in home remedies, ancient medicines that are 100% natural. We believe that there is a growing market (no pun intended) for medicinal herbs, wildflowers and common weeds; and that, with the right game plan and cooperation of a landowner , together can create a thriving business in the rapidly growing homeopathic industry. We would acquire the necessary permits and be responsible for the parcel of land we use. In return for the land usage, the land owner would share a percentage of the profits. I have helped create three businesses and have been a successful independent salesman/marketing coordinator for the last four years here in Ontario....my wife is involved with homeopathic therapy and is current employed in Brampton. We are both looking for a change and a challenge as well as the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health industry. We are energetic, healthy, happy and ambitious....we would even like to create a retreat for alternative therapies and treatments at some point. Because germination and harvesting occur at different times of the year, there will never be a slow time; with a greenhouse, we can continue harvesting while preparing for the Spring planting...seeds are plentiful and organic and harvesting can occur the same season you start.
